We’ve met, but let’s get reacquainted. Hostable has had a little work done, and we’re looking good. Not only did we get a little facelift, but our entire backend has undergone an overhaul that will bring more power and stability to your website.

We want you to take the new website for a spin! Be sure to take a look at the new packages and features, most notably the video knowledgebase for WordPress! We want you to be able to build your dream website with Hostable, and we’re doing our part to get your WordPress skills up to speed.

Do us a solid – we need you to update your payment information to avoid interruption in service.
Trust us when we say that our pre-makeover customers are going to be on the receiving end of a really sweet upgrade, so you’re going to want to make sure you’re up to date with your payment info. While you’re there, make sure to update your security questions as well.

To update your payment information, click on Update Info in the Shortcuts menu on the main screen of your client area. Here, you can update your billing information, security settings, and more.

More changes are coming in the next couple of weeks, and we’d be willing to bet you’re going to love them. Some of the changes require a bit of downtime. If you would like to schedule your maintenance, please submit a support ticket. In the subject line, please enter “SCHEDULE MY MAINTENANCE.” In the ticket message, please indicate a date and a four hour window in which you would like us to upgrade your cPanel. Include your timezone, please.
